Terms Of Commissioning

Thank you for your interest in commissioning artwork! To ensure a smooth process, please review these terms:

1. Contact Method

  • My official contacts for commissions are described on this page: https://yokarion.com/c
  • I will never contact you via unofficial social media or chats, unknown numbers, or third parties.

2. Payment Terms

  • 20% upfront payment is required before work begins.
  • Accepted payment method:
    • PayPal (Invoice Only) – I will send a secure PayPal invoice.
  • ⚠️ Important:
    • I never accept “Friends & Family” payments.
    • Decline any request for non-invoiced payments – it may be a scam.

3. Scam Awareness

  • Verify my identity: Ensure you’re communicating with me via my official email.
  • Never share financial details (e.g., credit card/PayPal credentials) with anyone.
  • Report suspicious requests to PayPal or your bank immediately.

4. Process & Revisions

  • Details finalized pre-work: Scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before deposit payment.
  • Minor changes: Limited adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, small details) are allowed during the WIP stage.
  • Major changes: Significant alterations to composition/design may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before work starts: Full deposit refund if canceled by artist/client.
  • After work starts: Deposit is forfeited. Partial refunds for unfinished work at artist’s discretion.

7. Form Submission

  • Submit the [Commission Request Form]. I’ll respond within 3 business days to discuss details or decline.
  • No work begins until deposit is paid and project scope is confirmed.
